There’s nowhere quite like Al Santo in London. A family run Italian and Greek restaurant on Fulham’s Vanston Place, Al Santo will make you feel like you’ve wandered into someone’s living room. Chairs and tables are an eclectic and homely mix, different coloured fairy lights glow from the ceiling beams, accordions and assorted instruments hang on the walls (plus an upside down bicycle hanging from the ceiling...)and the menus are made from 1960s album sleeves. The menu is an eclectic mix of Italian and Greek dishes, with the main focus on homemade pasta dishes. There is also an extensive selection of charcuterie served on wooden platters. The wine list is surprisingly big and varied; and all the regulars rave about the dessert selection (including the now famous tiramisu).
